i am a mother, a lover, an artist, a word weaver, forest bather, breath worker, energy intuitive, whisperer of things of things and occasional wonderer of what an earth am i doing.

i love the woods, the water, a good belly laugh, making a mess, the feeling of bare feet on the earth, a really good cup of tea and the many beautiful, ridiculous contradictions of being human.

i take my work seriously. myself, not always.

i believe that our heart is the art. that receptivity is a pleasure and that being wholly ourselves is perhaps the greatest creative act of all.

nature is woven through everything i do. in how i live, how i create and how i sit in spaces with you.

i am an artist and former advertising producer, an accredited Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery practitioner and Quantum Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls facilitator, a certified Reiki and Theta energy intuitive and a Rite of the Womb initiator.

all my work weaves together and is rooted in twelve years of practice, curiosity and devotion to the divine dance of self-mastery meeting the mystery.

to our innate interconnectedness, the innate wisdom and magnificence of the body, the love language of breath and our souls vibration, and the sacred alchemy of embracing all that life moves through us, transforming our experiences into beauty, meaning and expression.

my own path here has been anything but linear. shaped by a complex beginning, a near-death experience, loss, and the many thresholds of being human. burnout in my twenties, depression, ptsd, anxiety, chronic fatigue and the discoveries of neurodiversity in mid life all brought me into a deeper understanding of how far we can find ourselves from our own bodies, our voices and our appetite for life. motherhood, too, with two children close in age, has been its own extraordinary initiation.

over time, i began to understand that so much of what i was searching for was a way back into life itself. into my body, my expression, my sense of belonging here.

this journey continues to shape how i meet others. i know the courage it can take to be truly seen, and the quiet miracles that become possible when we have the space, safety and attention to meet ourselves honestly. i hold a deep belief in the potential of each person, and in the power of being met with presence, intention and care.
