i sit in spaces with those who are ready to step in, to meet themselves honestly and gently.

the work is simple but not small, it asks you to come as you are and to keep your heart open.

to bring you closer to yourself and to what is really possible.

these are not practices of escape but an invitation to remember that you belong ~ to your body, to this earth, to the moment you are in.

i am a mother, artist, word weaver, forest bather, energy intuitive and whisperer of things,

i live to feel my hands creating and my feet touching the earth, making, moving, tending, dreaming.

sometimes the earth speaks to me and the sky winks at me and some of my creations borne from these places can be found

for sale here.

i am an accredited Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery practitioner, a sound facilitator of quantum Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, a certified Reiki & energy intuitive and Rite of the Womb initiate.

through these practices i offer ~

one to one & group rebirthing breathwork sessions & retreats, sound journey meditations, creative soul sessions and circles.

nature always weaving her threads through these meetings of hearts.
