_hello

this space is for you.

for the woman who is ready to come home to herself and live freely from this place.

to breathe deeply again, to listen inwardly, feel fully in life’s aliveness and meet herself honestly and gently.

i work with women who are here to create their dreams and fully embody them.

the work is simple but not small, and it asks you to come as you are and to keep your heart open.

_about the work

everything offered here ~ breathwork, sound, energy, words, art ~ is borne from one intention:

to bring you closer to yourself and what is really possible when you lead from this place that is you.

these are not practices of escape but an invitation to remember that you belong ~ to your body, to this earth, to the moment you are in.
